![]() Also make sure you re-start your computer before trying to re-install SSO. Once you've done that, App Data will show up in your local User folder. You want to make sure Hidden Folders are marked as show and not hide. If you don't see it as a grayed out folder at the top of your Local User folder, go down to Cortana (assuming you have Win10) and search for "show hidden folders", hit enter when it comes up, and then you'll get a bunch of check-boxes. The App Data folder is hidden by default which is why I'm asking if you deleted the SSO info from this folder as well. So you uninstall the game the typical way, then go into your Program Files (x86) folder and delete the Star Stable file, then you need to go back to the C: drive and go User > Your User Account > Local > App Data. Sorry I haven't read through all the other responses so I don't know if this has been mentioned, but when you say you deleted every file, how did you go about it? There's a few folders you'll want to delete SSO data from to fully delete the game and the corrupted registry key that's blocking your launcher. I have contacted SSO and they have given suggestions but nothing has worked so far at all. Then i get another pop-up saying "An error occurred when installing PXStudioRuntime.zip. I get the pop-up saying that the launcher needs to be updated and i click 'OK'. Then i get on the next day and click the launcher. I'm desperate for this to be fixed since i only have 2 months of star rider left and i dont think SSO will make up for that (it's not their fault i know).Īny help would be appreciated! Then, i try running it as administrator, once again it says i need to update and i click 'Ok' then the whole thing happens again. Once i moved it to program files and launched it, it loaded however, it was stuck on 0% when trying to install (the green bar) yet i could still log in. Scanned my laptop for any viruses or trojans which there is none Moved it from program files (x86) to program filesĥ.
